The North Star Neighborhood Association is unique in the fact that we don’t manage the financials of our community. Grandview Commons continues to be managed by DSI until the community is 100% built out. So, who do you call when you have a question? Please consult the table below for contact information for a variety of different inquiries.

Advertise With Us

The North Star Neighborhood Newsletter reaches over 900 area households four times a year. The newsletter is a vital communication tool used to inform our neighbors of upcoming events, neighborhood concerns, and updates. We welcome businesses who wish to advertise in our newsletter.

“Light Up North Star” Solstice Driving Tour

Thursday, December 19th @ 6:00pm

Beginning at Pocket Park (corner of Sharpsburg and Galileo)

Light up your home... light up your block... light up our neighborhood! The NSNA will once again host a driving tour of the holiday light displays in our area!

Tour begins at Pocket Park (near corner of Sharpsburg & Galileo) led by

an NSNA board member. Follow along in your vehicle! Tour ends at Pocket Park and SANTA just might be there handing out treats as you pass by!

We hope you’ll join us for this annual event and help us spread some winter solstice cheer throughout the neighborhood!

Come for some winter fun with your neighbors! This event is FREE for current North Star Neighborhood Association Members (adults only). To update your membership, visit the membership page on our website and pay your $20.00/household NSNA dues.

Attendees will receive:

★ 1 raffle ticket (great prizes from local businesses! Drawing at 8:45pm; must be present to win!)

★ 2 beverage tickets

★ assorted heavy appetizers

Residents in the NSNA community are invited to join these meetings to learn more about neighborhood developments, ask questions or help us plan fun new activities.
