The North Star Neighborhood Association is unique in the fact that we don’t manage the financials of our community. Grandview Commons continues to be managed by DSI until the community is 100% built out. So, who do you call when you have a question? Please consult the table below for contact information for a variety of different inquiries.

The North Star Neighborhood Newsletter reaches over 900 area households four times a year. The newsletter is a vital communication tool used to inform our neighbors of upcoming events, neighborhood concerns, and updates.  We welcome businesses who wish to advertise in our newsletter.
